The Greenhouse

Our Roots

Every great story starts with a single seed, but Abloom with Grove didn't start as a traditional business; it started as a survival map.

This journey began after my late diagnosis of AuDHD and navigating the complexities of CPTSD and physical disabilities. I realized that while many people want to change their lives, they often lack the gentle, structured support needed to make that change feel safe rather than overwhelming. Most "growth" advice is written for systems that don’t experience the world the way mine does.

I spent years in the "undergrowth" — synthesizing neurobiology research, therapy, and astrology to create the "scaffolding" I needed to survive a world not built for me. What began as a personal project to bridge the gap between life-changing information and those who need it most has grown into a Grove: a protected space for growth, safety, and intentional change. These roots are built on the knowledge that healing isn't a destination, but a constant process of tending to our internal environment.

The Philosophy

In nature, a grove is a sanctuary where things grow at their own pace. We bring that same energy to our digital products, centering every creation on the belief that freedom is impossible without safety. Our philosophy is rooted in Capacity-Honoring Alignment, focused on three core pillars:

  • Safety in Transition (Trauma-Informed Growth): We acknowledge that change can feel like a threat to a trauma-shaped brain. Our tools ensure that healing and growth don’t feel like a freefall, moving at the speed of safety rather than the speed of the "hustle."

  • Functional Freedom (Scaffolding, Not Fixing): Traditional "productivity" is often just masking in disguise. We provide digital structures (the greenhouse glass) that protect your energy. These tools are designed to give you time back, not take more of it.

  • Purposeful, Sensory-Safe Design: Our resources are created for those doing the brave, quiet work of self-discovery. We prioritize low-pressure, low-demand interactions that respect your nervous system’s need for quiet, consistency, and sensory ease.

Let’s Grow Together

The Grove is a space for parallel play, not performance. Whether you’re here for a specific tool from The Seed Bank, seeking guidance in The Moon Garden, or looking for the "Field Notes" on my Substack, I am honored to be part of your story.

You are welcome here exactly as you are. No masking required. No "spoons" wasted. Just a safe, grounded place to align.
